What you eat has a huge effect on your brain health!
Obviously, what and when we eat can have a huge effect on our health – especially our brain health. The brain is one of the hungriest organs in the body, consuming an estimate 20% of the body’s calories. So, you have to know that what you put into your body (or don’t, as the case may be) is going to have a big influence on it.
So, look to healthy foods like fish rich in natural oils, avocados, coconut oil (and other healthy oils), bone broth, berries, eggs, green leafy vegetables, some nuts and seeds, and so many other good choices.
What and how you choose to eat now can have a huge influence on your brain health – especially as you age.
