Haemoglobin-boosting Black Raisin Salad
Crunchy Black Raisin Salad improves haemoglobin, boosts immunity and detoxifies the body. It is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, so this salad is good for kids.

Ingredients
- 2-3no. of Lettuce Leaves
- 2-3no. of Red Cabbage leaves
- 25gms black raisins
- 4-5no. of Walnuts
- Lemon Juice(as per taste)
- 1tbsp Flaxseeds(roasted)
- Black Salt(as per taste)
- Salt(as per taste)
- 1no. of Green Chilli(finely chopped)
- A few mint leaves(for garnish)
Instructions

Break the lettuce & red cabbage leaves into small pieces

Wash raisins, drain and squeeze out the excess water and add to the leaves

Crush the walnuts; add it to the mixture

In a separate bowl, combine lemon juice, black salt, salt & green chilli

Just before serving add the dressing to the salad and toss

Serve garnished with the remaining mint leaves and flaxseeds
