A delicious and natural way to sneak in some extra greens!
I’m always looking for ways to get more greens into my daily eating.
To be honest with you, I don’t love making salads or eating raw veggies. I prefer roasted veggies or salads I can get at a restaurant, but who has time to roast veggies for a snack or who has money to go out to eat all the time?! Not this girl.
That’s why green smoothies are a wonderful option to get more greens!
I love to blend up this smoothie on a warm afternoon to help cool me down. This smoothie would also make a great, quick breakfast. The sweetness of the fruit masks the flavour of the spinach, so it’s not bitter at all! It’s quite delicious and refreshing.
Not only am I getting more greens without the taste, I’m also getting a ton of antioxidants from the fruit. Plus adding some coconut milk makes this smoothie taste divine.
The next time you’re craving something tropical, try this smoothie, you won’t regret it!
