Whip Up Lemon Chicken Stir Fry
Loaded with lots of bell peppers, celery and spring onion, Lemon Chicken Stir Fry is a colourful recipe which can be enjoyed as a healthy dinner. The lemon juice gives it an ultimate tangy flavour. Quick, easy and delicious, this Lemon Chicken Stir Fry can be made in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1tbsp (15 ml) Lemon Juice
- 50gms Chicken breasts(skinless)
- 1/2tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp (2 gms) Dried basil
- 1/4tsp Dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4cup (25 gms) Red Bell Pepper
- 1/4 cup (25 gms) Yellow Bell Peppers
- 1/4cup (25 gms) Capsicum
- 1/3cup (25 gms) Onion
- 1(10 gms) Spring Onion
- 2inch Celery Sticks(chopped)
- 1-2no. of Garlic cloves
Instructions

Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir.

Place the sliced chicken in the pan and let it turn brown on each side

Add vegetables, dried herbs, salt and pepper

Stir-fry quickly until the vegetables begin to soften

Add lemon juice. Serve it hot
