Yummy Homemade Vegetable soup

Ingredients
- 1tsp Lemon Juice
- 1tbsp Coriader leaves
- 1/2tsp Oil
- 1/2tsp garlic(chopped)
- 1no. of Green Chilli(chopped)
- 1tbsp Spring onion greens(chopped)
- 1tbsp Cabbage(chopped)
- 1tbsp Carrot(chopped)
- Salt to taste
- 1no. of Vegetable stock cube(Maggie)
- Water as required
Instructions

Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add garlic and green chillies; sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.

Add spring onion greens and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add cabbage and carrots and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.

Mix crushed vegetable stock cube in 1 bowl of water.

Add vegetable stock water, lemon juice, salt and mix well. Cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Add coriander and mix well.
