Spondylosis (cervical and lumbar)

Spondylosis is degeneration of the spinal column. It is an umbrella term used to describe osteoarthritis of the spine. It is a common age-related condition that affects the joints and discs in the neck. Mostly people above 60 experience the symptoms, however, there are many who have spondylosis but never experience the symptoms.

Causes: Bone spurs, dehydrated spinal discs, injury, ligament and heavy lifting

Symptoms: Pain might increase while standing, sitting, sneezing & coughing. A stiffened neck can become worse, headaches might mostly occur in the back of the head
