Alright, so you’ve CRUSHED your workout and now you are feeling a little drained, a little weak, and maybe even a little shaky.

It’s time to refuel your body and replenish your energy. Try these delicious post-workout snacks to help repair your muscles and give you the energy you  need!

Banana Taffy Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop Vanilla IdealShake

1/2 frozen banana

1 tbsp. sugar-free banana cream pie instant pudding powder

Directions

  1. Add ice and blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!

Serves 1. Calories per serving: 207 / Protein 13g / Carbs 30g / Fat 6g

Banana-Berry Bites

Ingredients

3/4 cup rolled oats

1 scoop Vanilla IdealShake

1/3 cup almond butter

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 medium banana, mashed

1 tbsp. ground flax

1/3 cup unsweetened coconut

1/4 cup dried cranberries

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients together until it forms a dough.
  2. Roll dough into 12 balls.
  3. Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until firm. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat. Enjoy!

Serves 12. Serving size: 1 ball. Calories per serving: 104 / Protein 4g / Carbs 11g / Fat 6g
