Banana Taffy Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Vanilla IdealShake
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp. sugar-free banana cream pie instant pudding powder
Directions
- Add ice and blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!

Banana-Berry Bites
Ingredients
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 scoop Vanilla IdealShake
1/3 cup almond butter
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 medium banana, mashed
1 tbsp. ground flax
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients together until it forms a dough.
- Roll dough into 12 balls.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until firm. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat. Enjoy!
