Low-fat Kesar Shrikhand
A traditional Maharashtrian dessert, Kesar Shrikhand is made using low-fat curd, saffron (kesar), some dry fruits and stevia powder. The taste and goodness of kesar give an unforgettable flavour. It’s extremely easy to make and can be made with readily available ingredients in your kitchen!

Ingredients
- 1/2cup Low-fat curd
- 1/2tsp Stevia Powder
- 3no. of Pistachios(chopped)
- 4no. of Almonds(chopped)
- 1tsp Low-fat milk
- A pinch of Kesar
- A pinch of Elaichi powder
Instructions

Tie the curd in a piece of muslin and leave it hanging for 2-3 hours over a bowl.

Soak the almonds and pistachio in lukewarm water for 2-3 hours. Remove the skin & chop them finely.

Transfer the drained curd into a bowl. Add stevia powder & mix well.

Soak kesar in warm milk; cool and add it to the yogurt mixture. Mix well.

Add elaichi powder, chopped almonds and pistachio. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator.
