Crunchy, Low-calorie Apple Custard
Apple Custard is a nutritious and delicious Anglo-Indian dessert, which is easy to make and loved by people of all age groups. Enjoy it guilt-free!

Ingredients
- 3tsp Custard powder
- 150ml Low-fat milk
- 3-4drops of Stevia
- 1/2medium size Apple
Instructions

Take custard powder in a bowl add 2 tbsp milk to this and mix until it forms a smooth mix.

Take the remaining milk in a saucepan and heat it.

When it begins to boil reduce the heat and slowly add the custard mixed milk. Keep stirring continuously so that lumps are not formed.

Cook on low heat with constant stirring for about 3-5 minutes. The custard milk will thicken, and the raw flavour disappears.

Switch off and add the stevia drops. Let it cool in the refrigerator.

Peel the apple and cut it into cubes. Add to the custard and mix lightly.
