Egg paratha is an easy breakfast, lunch or dinner recipe. Rich in protein, it is a soft and delicious meal. Serve it with mint-coriander chutney or have it with a cup of hot chai!

    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. Prepare roti out of wheat flour
    2. Roast the roti from one side
    3. Beat the egg whites, add capsicum, green chilli, onion, salt and pepper
    4. Heat the pan, grease it with oil and place the roti
    5. Pour the egg mixture on the roti, flip the roti and cook well
    6. Serve with chutney
