Craving for sugar

A strong urge to eat more sugar. Sugar can immediately life one’s energy levels or change moods and increase levels of serotonin.

Causes: Stress, hormonal changes, digestive ailments, not eating enough or eating wrong foods, low mood, lack of sleep, inadequate intake of carbs and proteins

Symptoms of sugar withdrawal: Headache, fatigue, muscle pain, nausea and cravings
