Craving for salt

It could be a symptom of a health disorder and not just bingeing on some snack. Too much intake of salt is unhealthy and dangerous.

Causes: Dehydration, imbalance of electrolyte, Addison’s disease, stress, pregnancy, premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and excessive sweating

Symptoms: Dry mouth, headache, nausea, vomiting, sweating, mood swings and extreme thirst
