Oats Apple Phirni
Oats are a great source of beta-glucan which is known for lowering cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Apple is loaded with vitamins. Oats Apple Phirni is easy to make and a tasty dessert that is low in calories as well – just 148 calories in 1 small bowl!

Ingredients
- 1tbsp Oats
- 1/4small Apple
- 2half Walnuts
- 1/2cup Low-fat milk
- 2gm Stevia Powder
Instructions

Heat the milk in a deep non-stick pan and bring it to a boil

Add the oats, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously (add water if required)

Remove from the flame, add the stevia, mix well and keep aside to cool slightly.

Add the grated apple and chopped walnuts mix well and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes

Serve chilled.
