Mushroom Egg White Omelette
Omelettes can be filled with pretty much whatever you like and can be eaten as a quick breakfast or a light dinner. If you love experimenting, try this different version of the classic omelette. Loaded with mushrooms, it is tasty, delicious and healthy!

Ingredients
- 3 Egg Whites
- 3-4no. of Mushrooms
- 1tbsp Onions(chopped)
- Salt to taste
- 2inch piece of celery
- 1tsp Milk
- 1/2tsp Pepper
- 1tsp Oil
Instructions

Beat together the egg whites, salt, pepper, and milk

Sauté the chopped onion and mushroom in 1/2 tsp oil with salt and celery till soft.

Add 1/2 tsp oil in the pan and pour the beaten egg. Once the eggs are set, add the sautéed mushroom mix.

Flip and cook on the other side till the omelette is well cooked.
