- 100gms Pink guava(de-seeded)
- 100gms Low-fat curd
- 2gms Stevia Powder
- 1/2cup Water
- 2 1/2gms Chia seeds
Instructions

Peel and deseed the guavas

Add the chopped guavas, curd, 1/2 cup of chilled water in a blender and blend it smooth

Remove in a glass, add stevia powder and soaked chia seeds and serve chilled
