Presiding coroner Dr. Michael Wilson opens an inquest in Constance Lake First Nation in northern Ontario to examine the circumstances surrounding the deaths of five people, between Nov. 19, 2021, and Jan. 23, 2022, during an outbreak of blastomycosis.
