Stanley Sepchuk is a veteran of World War II and a jazz musician who has played alongside Frank Sinatra, but the 103-year-old resident of Hudson, Que., has lately seen nothing but the inside of his home. On Wednesday, he finally ventured outdoors to get inoculated against COVID-19.
