Capt. Tom Moore, who raised millions to fight pandemic, dead at 100 after positive COVID-19 test

Capt. Tom Moore, the British Second World War veteran who raised millions of pounds for health service workers on the front line of the battle against the pandemic by walking 100 laps of his garden, has died at the age of 100 after being hospitalized with COVID-19, his family said.
