Veg Hot & Sour Soup, Low-calorie soup

Ingredients
- 50gm Carrot
- 50gm Cabbage
- 50gm French Beans
- 50gm Onion
- 1tsp Crushed garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1inch piece Celerychopped
- 1/2tsp Black Pepper
- 1tsp Soya Sauce
- 1tsp Chilli Vinegar sauce
- 2tsp Coriander Leaves
- 1tsp Cornflour
- 1Cup Water
- Salt to taste
- 1/2tsp Oil
Instructions

Heat oil in a deep pan. Add chopped onion, garlic, celery and ginger and sauté for a minute

Then add chopped French beans, carrot, cabbage and saute

Add 1 cup boiling water, followed by cornflour paste (cornflour mixed with water)

Add soy sauce, then add pepper powder and mix

Add Chilli vinegar sauce. Garnish with coriander leaves.
