Legionnaires' deaths in London, Ont., prompt calls for stricter regulations to prevent outbreaks

As London deals with the fallout from the latest legionnaires' outbreak, there's a call for stricter Ontario regulations to help prevent mass spread of the bacteria that cause the respiratory infection. Over the past 13 years, Quebec and New Brunswick brought in new regulations aimed at cooling towers following outbreaks.
