Bellingham cancer program has cost B.C. $16M over past year

The province has spent $16 million so far to send just over 800 patients to Bellingham, Wash., for radiation therapy. One Vancouver doctor says "it makes no sense" that the government is subsidizing private U.S. clinics while opposing private health care in B.C.
