Grieving mother running a marathon a day around B.C. ministry building to raise awareness of drug crisis

For the past month, Jessica Michalofsky has run a marathon almost every weekday, looping in circles around the Ministry of Health building in Victoria as she aims to raise awareness about B.C.'s toxic drug crisis.
